Cardinale Construction, Inc. is seeking a qualified administration assistant with a strong background in accounting, office management and computer skills. Some knowledge of construction will be helpful but is not necessary. The position is advertised as part time with the understanding that it may change to full time depending on workload. Duties will include but are not limited to: answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, book keeping, assistance with job estimation, computer research. Once hired, this person will act as a personal assistant to the owners of this company. We are a small family owned construction firm that performs the installation and repair of underground utilities, installation and repair of concrete construction, installation and repair of structural construction.
