Female-owned and operated handbag company seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and outgoing Office Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This is a hands-on role in a small, growing business. We’re looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
~40 hours/week
Responsibilities include:
-Customer service (email + phone)
-Packing and shipping orders
-Inventory management and organization
-Unpacking incoming shipments and putting product away
-General office support and team tasks
Requirements:
-Experience with Excel and Google Docs
-Strong attention to detail and organization
-Positive attitude and team player
-Must be comfortable being on your feet for most of the day
-Ability to handle light physical work (lifting boxes, unpacking shipments, etc.)
About Us:
We customize handbags that are handwoven in Bali and other parts of the world, then finished in our Baltimore studio. We work across both wholesale and retail.
