Seeking an Inventory Coordinator for warehouse and distribution company. This is an office position.

The ideal candidate will have superior data entry skills with high attention to detail and number accuracy. Willing to work as a team and independently. Knowledge of inventory concepts and Microsoft Office a plus. Business etiquette a must with friendly personality, excellent phone manner.
Duties to include:
* Initiate and process Sales Order, Bill of Lading, and product receipts
* Maintain customer inventory
* Scheduling of inbound and outbound orders; maintain delivery schedules, registration and data logs
* Respond to customer's inquires via email and/or telephone
* Record interactions and transactions of inquiries and comments as well as action taken
* General office procedures including filing
