Our company provides TWIC escorts for the Port of Baltimore. We are looking for an experienced Data Entry/Office Clerk to join our team. The job duties and responsibilities include; entering daily sales, employee hours, and billing information into a database (FileMaker); maintaining our company computer system, maintaining payroll and direct billing systems; providing bookkeeping and accounting support, assisting the dispatchers with answering phones and on-site customer support when needed.

The applicant must; have excellent computer skills, be able to maintain calm under pressure in a fast paced and hectic work environment, have excellent communication and organizational skills, have the ability to multi-task and work without supervision and be a critical thinker and problem solver.
