Join the team of a fast-growing property management company! Paradise City Properties is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to our Property Manager. We are looking for an organized self-starter that enjoys building relationships with their team and customers. Enjoy flexible business hours and partial remote working. We are willing to train and advance the position to full time as the company grows!

Responsibilities:
* Manage resident relations issues, which includes taking resident phone calls, requests, and concerns.
* Assist with rent collections, late notices and posting rent.
* Update workflow calendar and keep deadlines.
* Meet with clients and give property tours.
* Assist with acquiring property licenses and legal documents.
* Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent is required.
* Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Some knowledge of Monday.com and/or Drop Box a plus.
* Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
