We are a property management company looking for an Administrative and Leasing Assistant. This position assists and supports the Property Manager and provides prompt and efficient administrative support to the management office.
General Responsibilities:
- Answering telephones, emails or in-person inquiries and communicating with residents, contractors, and visitors.
- Showing of vacant apartments or houses to potential tenants.
- Oversight of work assigned to handymen and licensed contractors.
- Assist in preparation of monthly reports
- Perform general administrative duties.
General Requirements:
- Associate or BA/BS degree.
- Reliable personal vehicle (not shared) to visit properties.
- Proficient in MS Office, esp. Word and Excel.
Prior experience with any property management or accounting software, or building maintenance, a big plus.
