ACCOUNT COORDINATOR (Baltimore)

Candidate must have superior data entry skills with high attention to detail and number accuracy. Willing to work as a team and independently. Knowledge of inventory concepts and Microsoft Office a plus.

Duties to include:
* Initiate and process Sales Order, Bill of Lading, and product receipts
* Maintain customer inventory
* Scheduling of inbound and outbound orders; maintain delivery schedules, registration and data logs
* Respond to customer's inquires via email and/or telephone
* Record interactions and transactions of inquiries and comments as well as action taken
* General office procedures including filing
