We bought this restored from Piano Man 7 or 8 years ago. It's been sitting in the basement for the last couple. Some mice were in there a couple years ago and there's evidence of that.

No showings and we will not meet. If you want this, you must prepay for a licensed bonded piano mover to get it up the basement steps and outta here. I need to be able to contact the movers myself to arrange the pickup. No amateur movers allowed.
