The Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Fabricator/ Assembler to join our team in Laurel. You will primarily be responsible for assisting in fabricating modular pod sub assemblies. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where quality and teamwork are our top priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Fabrication: sub assembly panels using plywood and melamine, felt panels, other materials
Tool Operation: Safe and proficient use of basic hand tools and power tools.
Material Handling: Lifting, stacking, and organizing panels.
Logistics: Packaging and prepping finished orders for shipment.
Team Support: Taking direction from management and assisting team members as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills: Experience with wood fabrication or general millwork or shop type work.
Communication: Ability to follow instructions clearly and maintain a professional, clean-language environment.
Reliability: You must have your own reliable transportation to our Laurel, MD facility.
Physical Ability: Must be comfortable lifting and moving heavy panels throughout the shift.
Professionalism: Background checks may be required upon request.
