REJUV is an entirely new approach to asphalt maintenance. Instead of forming a film, or a "layer" on top of the asphalt, REJUV penetrates the surface to enhance the asphalt ITSELF. In doing so, the black color is rejuvenated, and the asphalt is now infused with performance enhancers for increase weather-ability, water and UV resistance, hardness, etc. Application is very simple via handheld or backpack sprayers with virtually zero surface preparation! Simply blow or sweep the surface to remove topical debris before application. REJUV contains zero pigments, petroleum products or flammable solvents and is completely bio-based and formulated with plant derivatives. REJUV can help preserve asphalt by preventing raveling, disintegration and aggregate loss, and moisture intrusion. It is not, however and alternative to re-paving when structural repair is required. REJUV should be used on bare, unsealed asphalt surface only. Do not apply over previously installed "sealcoatings".
