Selling a heavy solid core door with a narrow vertical frosted glass panel. Beautiful warm wood veneer finish, likely mahogany, with a very clean contemporary look that works well in modern, mid-century, or minimalist spaces.
This is a thick, substantial door at 1-3/4" which is typical of exterior or commercial grade construction. It is very heavy. The 36" width is a standard front door size so it should fit most doorways without any custom framing.
Hardware prep has already been cut into the latch side with multiple bore holes, which suggests it was set up for a multi-point locking system. You would need to source hardware to match or fill and redrill depending on your setup.
Condition is used. There are some surface scratches that shows some wear, but the door is structurally solid and the glass is intact. Nothing that a light sand and refinish couldn't address if you want to clean it up.
This style of door retails new anywhere from $500 to well over $1,000 depending on the manufacturer.
