Surefire Marketing is a rapidly expanding company look to hire individuals who are interested in pursuing a career in the mortgage industry. We work in direct correspondence with a separate mortgage company, and we only scout loan officers from the marketing position to be loan officers. We have hired over 8 loan officers from the call center in the last year and a half alone. If you want a new career that requires no prior experience other than being able to talk to people, then this is it! WE DO NOT hire loan officer’s from outside the marketing company. We have the recipe for success! Our office is conveniently located across from the Maryland state fairgrounds in Timonium.
Position Summary: Our Marketing Associates are required to follow a one page script and make outbound calls to homeowners that have opted-in on marketing websites or have previously inquired about a mortgage refinance. The Associate will then qualify the homeowner, gather the appropriate information, and then connect him or her to our banking partners for mortgage origination.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Transfers phone calls to appropriate banking partners.
Provide information about our programs.
Provide a professional company image through phone interaction.
Organizes workflow to meet departmental goals.
Meets all quality control standards.
Regular and reliable attendance
Basic computer skills with the capability to learn our dialer applications.
Persuasive communication skills.
Previous call center/sales experience preferred but not required.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Strong detail orientation and capability to be highly organized.
Proven ability to interact effectively with prospective clients.

$14 per hour OR $26 per lead
40 hours worked with 40 leads (Most of the call center does 35-40 leads a week)
40 hours x $14 per hour = $560
40 leads x $26 per lead = $1,040
You would get paid $1,040 for the week
