Blue Sky Painting & Carpentry, LLC is currently seeking a Marketing and Office Administrator. We are a professional mid-sized painting contracting firm located in Halethorpe/Baltimore County. This person would be responsible for producing and updating all marketing materials, manage and maintain our websites and blog content, develop and deliver valuable content for our social channels. Answer phone, set appointments, provide support for owner, sales team, and painting crews. Organize and file documents, maintain and order office supplies, set up and prepare agenda for meetings. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Must be a Self-Starter and possess the ability to work independently under minimum or no supervision. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products. Ability to learn new software, understand social media and how it can be a tool in marketing.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
Out-going, friendly demeanor with superior customer services skills.
A team player.
Bachelors/Associates degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Communications)
The ability to arrive to work on time.
Desire and motivation to take the initiative and problem solve.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Construction Background a plus.
Hours: M - F 7:30 - 4:30
Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience.
