We are a property management company looking for a reliable individual who lives in or very near the Rosedale neighborhood to assist with property access for our multifamily building (2–3 active vacancies).
This is a non-licensed "host" position. Your primary responsibility is to provide access to the property and ensure a professional experience for prospective tenants.
Responsibilities:
Property Access: Meet prospective tenants at the property to unlock units and common areas.
Security: Accompany prospects during their walkthrough for security purposes.
Information: Hand out pre-printed flyers or info packets provided by our company.
Reporting: Briefly report back on whether the prospect arrived and any general feedback they shared.

In accordance with local real estate regulations, this role is strictly limited to unlicensed activities. As an unlicensed assistant, you cannot:
Discuss or negotiate lease terms, rent amounts, or security deposits.
Interpret or explain lease documents or company policies.
Answer questions regarding the technical attributes or legal status of the property.
(All such questions will be directed to our licensed property manager).
Compensation:
$30.00 per trip (flat rate per showing session).
Flexible, on-call schedule based on your availability and showing requests.
Requirements:
Must live in the Rosedale area for quick response times.
Must be punctual, professional, and reliable.
Must have a smartphone to receive showing schedules and confirm completions.
