We are looking for a dependable individual to assist with “boots on the ground” real estate work throughout Baltimore and surrounding counties. This is an as-needed gig with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone who is reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
Job Duties Include:
-Taking photos of residential investment properties
-Changing locks on vacant properties
-Property checkups and miscellaneous field tasks
-Reporting property conditions and updates
-Training will be provided.
Requirements:
-Reliable transportation
-Smartphone with camera
-Comfortable entering vacant properties
-Basic communication and reliability
Preferred Qualifications:
-Drill/tools experience
-General handyman or property preservation experience
