We're a national multifamily gutter cleaning company expanding coverage across the country and looking for experienced crews to take on fill-in and overflow work — steady volume, clear scope, and fast pay.
What you'll earn:
$500–$1,500 per job depending on property size.
Most jobs are completed in 1–2 days.
What we handle:
All client communication, scheduling, and property coordination.
You show up, do the work, document it, and get paid. That's it.
How we operate:
Jobs are scoped before you arrive — no surprises. We use CompanyCam for photo documentation and Slack for communication. Clean, simple, repeatable.
Who this is for:
Crews already doing gutter cleaning, exterior cleaning, or roofing who want to fill open days with well-paying jobs. You won't be our only crew, and we're not asking for exclusivity — just reliability when you take a job.
Requirements:
General liability insurance, workers comp, and commercial auto. Ladders to 40 ft, backpack blowers, full cleanup capability. Experience with multi-unit properties required.
