1)Fence work: liners and posts (coating and nailing)-1/2 completed.
2) Moving stuff to nearby storage (from basement to paid Storage place- load to truck or Van unload at storage)
3) minor repair and adjustment of deck stair assembly
4) Complete small retaining wall near walk out basement
5) Complete 3 out of 4 stand offs for ladder using 1st as example
6) Deck posts pavestone base bolstering
Tools material will be provided or purchased.
Pay -cash at the end of the work. Must show ID. Must be able to arrive at property and leave on your own.
