π§Ύ Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled handyman/painter to complete a detailed room refresh including cleaning, painting, and light installation work.
π Room Preparation & Furniture Handling
* Carefully remove all furniture from the room
* Take clear photos showing furniture removed and placed neatly in the hallway (directly outside the room, not blocking main walkways)
* Maintain a clear walking path at all times
* After completion, return furniture only after floor is fully dry
π§Ό Cleaning Requirements (Before Painting)
* Sweep and thoroughly mop entire floor before any painting begins
* Wipe down and clean walls before painting starts
* Ensure surfaces are fully clean and dry before applying paint
π¨ Painting Work
* Paint 1 wall only
* The opposite wall will NOT be painted (this is where wire molding will be installed instead)
* Paint 1 floor (epoxy-style finish or similar surface application)
* Paint bathtub white epoxy coating
* Must ensure clean application with no drips, stains, or marks left on floors or surrounding surfaces
β‘ Drying & Setup
* Set up fans to ensure proper drying of all painted surfaces
* Floor must be completely dry before furniture is moved back in
π§ Installation / Handyman Work
* Install wire molding on the opposite wall (non-painted wall) to cover exposed cords (TV, fan, and any visible wiring)
* Basic cord management and neat finishing required

* Must bring basic hand tools (Phillips screwdriver, flathead screwdriver, etc.)
* Must use gloves and mask during work
* Must be able to work carefully and cleanly in an occupied property setting

* $20 gas stipend provided for this purpose
