Property Preservation company looking for reliable, experienced, and established subcontractors to complete work on vacant properties. Must have your own transportation, tools/equipment, phone, business license, and be able to handle multiple projects. We want to establish a good working relationship and in return we can provide consistent work.
Must have knowledge and experience in these services: debris removals, grass cuts, lock changes, initial inspections, submitting bids, winterizations, general repairs and rehab work. Must be able to travel within a 60 mile radius for jobs.
