Riosul Properties is hiring Field Inspectors in the Staunton, VA area and surrounding regions.

We work with major banks and mortgage companies to inspect foreclosure properties.

📋 What you’ll do:
- Drive to residential properties
- Submit photos through an app
- Verify occupancy (occupied, vacant, or unknown)

💰 Pay & Schedule:
- $8–$18 per inspection
- Average earnings: $1,000–$1,600/week
- Paid weekly
- Monday–Friday work available

- This is a production-based position (not hourly)

🚗 Requirements:

- Reliable vehicle
- Comfortable driving daily (50–280 miles, it depends on the route)
- Smartphone
- Self-motivated and independent

⚠️ Important:
- This is a 1099 independent contractor position
- You are responsible for gas and vehicle expenses
- Earnings depend on how many inspections you complete
