Hello, I need a handyman to finish up multiple projects on a renovation I am currently working on. Almost every room needs a few small things, so this isn't a bid on the project type thing. you will need to just work by the hour. its like 30 small jobs that probably take anywhere from 5 minutes to a few hours each. must be able to make Home Depot runs for items that are needed.
drywall patching. painting. installing baseboard and other various trim. caulking. installing thresholds in doorways. basic electrical (swapping out outlets and switches, don't need to know more than that). also, I have some vinyl plank flooring that is starting to come apart because my floors aren't even. will need to cut them out and glue down a new board. there are videos on YouTube on replacing single vinyl plank flooring boards, without removing them all, if you need to see how to do this.
I have almost every tool so you won't need to lug a bunch of tools with you. you don't need to be an expert on anything but you must have some experience doing these projects. shoot me any info you have on your experience, what you charge by the hour, and availability.
