Looking for a handyman/carpenter to build a small room in my basement (see photos).

Scope includes:

Frame 2 walls (16” on center)
Maintain 36” hallway from stairs
Install 1 prehung door
Frame small closet (no door needed)
Hang drywall both sides (no finishing required)

Optional:

Run basic electrical (wire + boxes for outlets/switch)

Small, straightforward job—should take about 2–3 days.

I will supply all materials.

Located in Baltimore. Ready to start this week.
