Looking for Reliable Independent Cleaners Who Want to Build Consistent Routes: QUARTERLY WINDOW ROUTES
Are you an independent cleaner looking to build your cleaning jobs? Are you willing to have a "route" built with consistent locations?
We are immediately looking to hire professional, reliable independent contracting cleaners ready to build our team!
These are professional level contracts that are route based for the servicing of indoor and outdoor window cleaning. We are looking for contractors to service in BALTIMORE, MD for the upcoming window season!
YOU MUST:
- Have cleaning experience
- Must drive/have a car
- Be willing to watch and complete training videos
- Have or be willing to obtain, a 12ft cleaning pole
- Willing to drive to multi locations along your route (routes can consist of 30+ locations)
- Reliable and on-time cleaners
- Those who are quick learners, can follow directions independently, multi-task, and able to solve and navigate issues independently
DO NOT REACH IF:
- Have no car
- You are not consistent and reliable
- Not able to follow multi-step directions
- You can not operate on net based pay (pay for commercial contracts are “net 30s-45” which means you are paid monthly for all services rendered as a professional independent contractor on a 30-45 day pay period. Your first paycheck will arrive in about 45-60 days, with all months following being about 30 - 45 days)
- You are easily frustrated/not able to multi-task or problem solve independently
