Looking for someone experienced to help with a rear basement door project. Open to hiring for either part or both.

Scope (can quote separately or together):
1) Replace exterior basement door:
- Remove and haul away existing door and frame
- Install new 30x80 prehung steel door (I will supply)
- Ensure level, plumb, sealed properly
- Minor framing adjustments if needed

2) Header capping
- Enclose/cap exposed header above door
- Use aluminum wrap, (no paint-only fixes)
- Must be clean, sealed

Notes:
- Electrical has already been removed
- Looking for solid, clean work (not a quick patch job)
