Handyman/contractor needed for interior punch-list work — Gwynn Oak, MD (21207)
Doing updates at a family house. I'm supplying ALL major materials — I just need labor. This is straightforward work, nothing structural.
Work includes:
• Laminate flooring install (basement hall)
• Interior painting & minor patching (all rooms rooms + 12 doors)
• Shower tile in 2 bathrooms + swap shower fixtures + replace mirror
• Replace 6 light fixtures, add a light switch
• fix power in 1 room (light fixtures not lighting up)
• Baseboards, ceiling patch, and misc small repairs
• Deck railing/board repair (~6 boards)
• rehang microwave
• remove mold from wall in (4ft surface area)
