Battery Swappers Needed (Baltimore City)

We are looking for individuals who can swap batteries on Lime scooters around the Baltimore area. You should have a vehicle that you can use.

Each battery swap pays $2.50 and you should be targeting minimum 50 swaps a day. There is no cap on how many you can do. People on the team do over 300 swaps a week

Please have some courier experience.

This is great for people who have experience in gig or courier work, uber eats, doordash, amazon flex, etc

What you'll do:
1. Pickup and drop off minimum 40 batteries a day from our warehouse (28th and Greenmount).

2.Drive around Baltimore City and swap out dead batteries from vehicles and replace them with a new one. You will then break all the dead batteries back to the warehouse.

3.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service to our riders.

4. Navigate your assigned work area efficiently to maximize productivity.

What we expect:
1. Be able to dedicate 6-8 hours a day, with the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

2. Be responsible and trustworthy.

What you'll bring:
1. A valid driver's license

2.Must have access to a vehicle.

3. A smartphone with a data plan

4.The ability to lift up to 50 lbs

5.Hard working and ready to get started
