Independent Handyman Gig β Immediate Start
We are hiring an independent handyman for two residential locations:

Howard Street downtown Baltimore and
Park Heights community

Scope of Work
Howard Street
* Install curtain rods and curtains
* Move bed within unit ( just turning it around )
* Mount (12) mirrors (arranged in groups of 4)
* Install closet organizer
Park Heights community
* Assemble headboard
* Clean room and change linens
* Cut grass (must have weed whacker or lawn mower)

Compensation
* Flat pay: $110 total for all listed work

Requirements (NO EXCEPTIONS)
* Must have valid ID (must be shown before starting work)
* Must have your own tools
* Must be able to start immediately / as soon as possible
* Must have no criminal background
* Must provide full name in first message (no name = no response)

Payment Terms
* NO PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR PARTIAL WORK
* Payment will only be issued when all work is fully completed and cleaned up
We inspect all work before payment and required before and after pictures
