Field Maintenance Supervisor – Highway Litter Removal

Compensation: $65,000
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Weekend work occassionally required to meet business needs)

Now expanding our operations in Marlyand, we’re hiring a Field Supervisor to lead field crews and ensure successful delivery of the Sponsor A Highway® Program.
What You’ll Do
This hands-on leadership role is ideal for those who thrive outdoors and enjoy developing high-performing field teams.
· Lead and Coach Crews: Supervise and support a 3-person crew, promote teamwork, enforce accountability, and foster a culture of safety and pride in work.
· Plan and Execute Routes: Use GPS tools and schedules to organize and adapt daily litter-removal activities across assigned routes.
· Ensure Safety: Conduct pre-shift safety briefings, enforce OSHA and MDOT, safety standards, and model best practices in the field.
· Support Field Work: Drive to work sites, assist with litter removal when needed, and manage day-to-day field operations.
· Track Performance: Submit daily digital reports, manage timecards, and ensure accurate, timely documentation of crew output.
Qualifications
You're a dependable, field-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on roles and values teamwork, structure, and results.
· 3+ years of supervisory experience (prior highway or field ops experience is a plus, but not required)
· Clean, valid Driver’s License and comfort operating a company vehicle
· Tech-savvy with tools like GPS apps, Microsoft Office, Google Maps, and digital reporting tools
· Working knowledge of OSHA and roadway safety best practices
· Physically able to walk 3–5 miles/day, lift up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors in variable weather
· Willingness to travel up to 1 or more weeks per month to support other field locations
· Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
· Familiarity with ADP or similar timekeeping software is a bonus
