Join our hardworking winter team! P&A's is seeking a reliable and experienced Salt Truck Driver to help keep our communities safe during snow and ice events. If you take pride in your work and don't mind early mornings or late nights, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
Operate salt truck safely and efficiently during snow/ice conditions
Apply salt/de-icer to parking lots, roadways, and sidewalks
Inspect vehicle before and after shifts
Be on call during snow and ice events
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record is mandatory
Reliable form of Transportation
Good Communication Skills
Dependable and punctual
Able to work flexible hours (overnight/weekends as needed)
Experience with plowing or salting equipment a plus
Job Type: Seasonal (December-March)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
Strong commitment to timely and efficient snow removal, especially during early mornings and emergencies.
