Kitchen and bathroom remodel - Tile Installers / herringbone tile & custom tiling backsplash / floor tiling / wall tiles and dry packed bed mortar installation! 💯
For ongoing Kitchen, Bath, & General home improvement projects in the area.
Preferably somebody that's well-rounded and can do a little bit of everything! 💯
Requirements & Expectations:

Pay (\$20 - \$35/hour) is based "strictly" on "experience", job performance, and reliability. Usually cash & daily flat rates!
In other words we hire you for the day you get paid for the day 💥
Must be Self-Sufficient: We need individuals who can work independently and efficiently handle all aspects of a project, including: ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
* Kitchen and bathroom remodeling demolition start to finish!
* Tile Installers / Custom Tiling Remodel
* Basic Framing and Carpentry
* Drywall Installation and Finishing
* Trim / Crown molding & Painters
* The more you know the more you're worth! 💰
💥 * Tools & Transportation: Must have all your own reliable tools and dependable transportation (no dropped-off individuals). 💥
*Professionalism is Mandatory: We require workers who are on time, every day, ready to work a full 8 hours when scheduled, and require 24-hour notice if they can't make it to work! Professionals who can put their phone down and not on Tik Tok all day talking to their girlfriends/wives crying the blues 🤣
* Drug-Free Workplace: No smoking of cannabis or working while smelling of cannabis is strictly not tolerated. You will not be hired or retained if this requirement is violated.
* The goal is to Be your own Boss to work independently, building your own teams to become your own company in a couple years and finally be respected and paid top dollar 💵
