• Schedule: Three weeks on, one week off (primarily overnight work)

The Opportunity
As a leading force in the rollout of commercial kitchen installations, we are looking for skilled subcontractors to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
• Comprehensive Installations: Perform complete commercial kitchen installations, including rewiring electrical systems, executing plumbing tasks, and managing specialized trade work such as installing stainless steel components and various equipment packages.
• Team Collaboration: Work as part of a two-person crew (a leader and a helper) to ensure efficient and safe project execution.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: Utilize electronic checklist apps for on-site documentation, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Travel Flexibility: Be prepared to travel nationally, with temporary relocations as needed for project requirements.
• Communication Skills: Maintain effective communication with team members and store managers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
• Electrical Expertise: Proven experience in electrical work, particularly in commercial kitchen installations.
• Plumbing and Rigging Skills: Familiarity with plumbing tasks and rigging operations, demonstrating a well-rounded trade skill set.
• Tech Proficiency: Basic tech skills to operate mobile apps for checklist completion and documentation.
• Equipment Handling: Ability to operate trailers and haul equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent soft skills to foster collaboration with team members and clients.
• Willingness to Travel: Open to nationwide travel, with a preference for candidates based in the Northeast.
