Expected hourly range of $29.49 to $35.05, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package th includes bonus and 401(k). In addition to your hourly wage, this role has additional earning potential through voluntary overtime and task work opportunities dependent on business needs.

Primary Purpose of Position

The HVAC Service Technician is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and completing electronic/ mechanical repairs of specified HVAC equipment and wer heers. This role ensures all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with all local and nional codes.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Perform and train others in preventive maintenance on all residential heing, air conditioning and ventilion equipment.
• Assist in sealed system HVAC, wer heers, or advanced appliance repair as part of training and development.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communice clearly with homeowners regarding work performed and recommendions.
• Complete all required documention, including service tickets, time logs, and merial usage.
• Ability to be on-call and respond to emergency situions
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition.
• Adherent to all safety protocols and company policies.

Minimum Qualificions

• 3 years of work experience, or a combinion of work and accredited trade or vocional training equaling 5 years, in basic heing, ventilion, and air conditioning service
• All required Ste licensing
• Valid EPA-608 Technician Certificion, Type 2 or higher
• Advanced knowledge of the tools and merials reled to the service field
• Advanced skills in servicing appliances or heing and air conditioning equipment
• Strong communicion and customer service skills
• Advanced skills in servicing gas and electric wer heers
• Advanced skills in sales with the ability to recommend and promote all services offered by the company
• Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
• Ability to work weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualificions

• 5 years of work experience, or a combinion of work and accredited trade or vocional training equaling 5 years, in basic heing, ventilion, and air conditioning service
• NATE Certificion
