Expected base hourly range of $28.02 to $34.26, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package th includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

The Journeyman HVAC Installer installs and modifies existing residential HVAC equipment and all types of reled products according to installion instructions, supervisor instructions, and all applicable county or city codes, which includes performing miscellaneous troubleshooting and repairs, modifying and fabricing sheet metal as needed per installion, and identifying any electrical, plumbing, and/or safety problems th apply to the installion and take necessary corrective action.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

• Assists in advanced applicions of home comfort products.
• Performs clerical duties necessary to complete job work orders.
• Performs independent work in residential heing and air conditioning, replacement applicions, residential plumbing and gas piping, residential flue venting, and residential sheet metal ducting applicions.
• Trains others in general work skills reled to residential home comfort applicions and residential HVAC installion applicions.
• Maintains proper truck stock and equipment maintenance.
• Works independently or under direct supervision, applying established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Minimum Qualificions: Journeyman HVAC Installer  

• 3-years of experience in residential HVAC installions
• Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver's license
• Ste Journeyman HVAC license
• Levels I & II CFC Certificion
• Demonstred ability to communice clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing
• Proven customer service skills
• Willing and available to work overtime when required
• Possess basic hand tools to properly perform job requirements
• Demonstred knowledge of sheet metal skills, copper, and gas piping installions
• Demonstred knowledge of residential gas and electric heing furnaces and residential hot wer heers

Minimum Qualificions: Sr Journeyman HVAC Installer 

• Ste Journeyman HVAC license
• Levels I & II CFC Certificion
• 5-years of experience in residential HVAC installions
• Possess necessary sheet metal, refrigerion, and troubleshooting tools required for daily work assignments
• Eligibility to meet Company driving standards, including possession of a valid driver&rsquos license.
• Possess basic hand tools to properly perform job requirements
• Willing and available to work overtime when required

Preferred Qualificions

• Valid gas fitter's license
• Possession of a Maryland 2 lb certificion
