We are seeking a dedicated, responsible, and compassionate Live-In Full-Time House Manager to oversee one of our addiction recovery homes. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about recovery, structure, and helping others maintain a safe and supportive living environment.
Position Overview
The House Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the recovery home, ensuring house rules are followed, residents are supported, and the environment remains safe, structured, and recovery-focused. This is a live-in position with on-site housing provided.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive recovery environment
Enforce house rules, curfews, and program guidelines consistently
Conduct resident check-ins, drug/alcohol screenings, and room inspections
Manage resident move-ins, move-outs, and daily house operations
Communicate regularly with program leadership and report incidents or concerns
Coordinate house meetings and promote accountability among residents
Handle minor conflict resolution and de-escalation when needed
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and general upkeep of the home
Qualifications
Experience in addiction recovery, sober living, behavioral health, or related field preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and boundary-setting skills
Ability to remain calm, fair, and professional in challenging situations
Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
Must pass background check and drug screening
CPR/First Aid certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Schedule & Compensation
