I need 1 person preferably a retiree with carpentry experience. The interior work will consist of plaster ceiling demo and Sheetrock installation. Exterior work will be demo an existing addition over the front porch remove and replace all the water damaged wood siding and framing. The siding will be delivered as 10” X 1” X 1’. Mayb 30 boards to be waterproofed before nstallation of same there work and framing. Router knowledge will be helpful. We will have to cut rabbets on each side
