Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual to perform monthly water meter readings at nine mobile home communities in the Baltimore area.
This is a structured, recurring monthly position with specific read windows.
Work Schedule:
(2) properties must be read between the 3rd–5th of each month
(7) properties must be read between the 14th–16th of each month
Total of 668 meters per month
Individual properties range from 24–138 meters
All reads must be completed within the assigned window for each property.
Responsibilities:
Accurately read water meters
Use a free scanner app to submit readings
Email completed read files to the billing department upon finishing each property
Report access issues or irregularities
Requirements:
Reliable transportation
Ability to walk the properties and work outdoors
Smartphone with scanning capability
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Dependable and self-motivated
Compensation:
Monthly pay via ACH on the 10th of each month
Competitive per-read or monthly rate (based on experience)
