I am looking for a experienced part time cleaner . I have properties in Baltimore city and need good workers ASAP. Pay will be every week on Tuesdays. We have part time work and enough to business weekly for you to work every month on the same properties. You will need a good phone to send pictures everyday before and after work is done, reliable transportation , cleaning supplies , good with communication and following directions. This job is not difficult at all it requires cleaning common areas in house maintaining monthly.
They are shared by tenants plus we also clean the rooms when tenants are moving in and out. pay can be from anywhere starting at $50 for common area cleaning to $120 a day or more depending on how much work you can do. Rooms are small and those are $30. You will be able to pick your days you can work every week and send me your availability every saturday and I will make your schedule by sunday . Plus you will have every Sunday OFF. The common area are only Bathrooms , Kitchen , Dining Room and Basement. The houses should not take more then 2hrs Max to clean but take long as you need. I will send a list for everything you need to know if you get the job you will have a over the phone interview then a 3 week probationary period pass that and you can have a permanent job with us!
