Redman Home Improvement is a high-quality residential services provider looking for a skilled, detail-oriented Punch List Technician to join our team in the Baltimore area. If you have an eye for detail and excel at taking a project across the finish line to make it 100% move-in ready, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Install interior doors, trim, baseboards, towel holders, and cabinets.
Replace outlets, light switches, and light fixtures.
Install faucets, showerheads, and troubleshoot minor leaks.
Perform basic checks and filter replacements.
Identify and resolve any remaining "small-scale" issues to make the unit 100% move-in ready.
Conduct final walk-throughs to ensure a flawless, move-in-ready finish.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of professional paint-up or high-end finishing experience.
Skills: Proven ability to spot and resolve minor surface defects.
Language: Must be fluent in English (written/spoken).
Logistics: Reliable transport and a personal cell phone are required.
Traits: Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.
