August Steiner took a genuine 1902 Indian Head penny and made a custom watch case to fit the penny. They clean, polish, silver plate and hand set the coin in the watch. Comes with original paper work, instructions, and one year warranty. The watch has a genuine leather watch band. Comes in a metal protective case and a cardboard cover over that, still has protective plastic on the face and back. It is old new stock, may need a new battery. See pictures, it is a beautiful watch. $50
