This one has a lot of new parts!
1. Switch, transformer , dryer section , tubes, relay , dryer switch, both inserts and thimbles. Over 1k in new parts
Completely disassembled, cleaned, all parts are checked . : All switches and relays are tested cleaned and treated with Fader lube 6. Any bad component is replaced. The selector switch potentiometer is replaced as preventive measure. I installed new balanced set of tubes. I set the ultrasonic on a scope to 35hz max amp. The cover is sand blasted and refinished. I check the transformer, dryer and selector switches and capacitors ,timer, relay. I rebuild fan motors, take apart fan motor bearings clean and oil both top and bottom bearing . Any parts that are deemed suspect and could cause a warranty issue are replaced with new ones I’ve had made. That includes transformers. Even if they test great but look like they were stressed , they get replaced.
The dryer assembly was stripped down to plate and cleaned. If needed the cover is aluminum, so primed and etched then repainted . The dryer has a new spring belt, O ring ,fan bushings(4), new heater pads (if needed), and pulley ( I have made) if needed . Motor slide is taken apart fan motor rebuilt and new nylon motor slide bushings installed.
Will come with 3 ultrasonic transducers and tops, insert with 4thimbles and pocket watch insert with large thimble. All cans with top and dryer top. In some cases a 3d dryer top we print which can accommodate the center of 6 pack basket. Some have original metal or plastic dryer tops. Comes with copy of operational manual . Will come with a custom made cover my wife makes.

Can be shipped via ups or FedEx ground for about $95 to most places except CA. Ca is $135. Double boxed with insulation on all sides, bottom and top insured . Each part must be individually wrapped separated, put in inner box with pink insulation top, button, 4 sides. Then inner box put in larger outer box and again put pink insulation all around. Cost of boxes and insulation is 50$ alone, plus 45$ shipping cost.
