Tri State Exterior Design is a leading provider of exterior remodeling solutions, specializing in roofing, doors, windows, gutters, decks, and fencing. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Recruiter to join our team!
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a skilled Recruiter to assist with attracting and hiring top talent for various roles within our company. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating and posting job ads, attending career events, and conducting orientations for new hires in addition to holding performance reviews for existing staff.
**Responsibilities:**
* Create and post job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
* Attend job and career events to network and recruit potential candidates
* Conduct orientations for new hires to ensure they understand our company culture and values
* Recruit and hire candidates for various roles, including marketing, sales, installation, and management
* Utilize a monthly budget of $1500 to support recruitment efforts
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
* Engage in performance reviews with existing staff
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in creating and posting job ads on various job boards and social media platforms
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
**What We Offer:**
* Competitive hourly rate of $30-$35 per hour
* Paid holidays (if they fall on a scheduled workday)
* One week of vacation time per year (after 6 months of employment)
