Human Resource Specialist
Wage: $50,000 - $55,000/ salary
This position is fully in-office in Linthicum, MD.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Candides must have least two years of experience with FMLA and ADA, as well as a minimum of two years of experience in recruitment and onboarding.
JOB SUMMARY: The Human Resources Specialist reports to the Area HR Manager. This position is responsible for handling recruiting, FMLA and ADA, as well as administrive tasks.

JOB DUTIES:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Educion/Experience:
· High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
· 2 years’ progressively responsible, reled experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
· Human Resources experience required.
Competencies (as demonstred through experience, training, and/or testing):
· Must be advanced user of MS Office; In Excel, must have ability to cree pivot tables, utilize VLOOKUP function, and to cree and use formulas.
· Excellent organizional, problem solving and writing skills along with planning and project management skills.
· Ability to communice clearly, concisely and persuasively.
· Strong customer service skills desired.
· Ability to develop rapport with all levels of human resources and management personnel.
· Ability to be an effective team member.
· Must be self directed and capable of meeting multiple deadlines.
