The first time I usually start from the top and work my way down to the floors, unless you object or only want 3 hours. I'll dust tops of curtains (if needed), door frames and ceiling fans with an extender. I also do baseboards with extender. Next. I dust, clean bathrooms and kitchen, then the floors last. Of course, I am flexible and can work with you regarding your priorities.
I provide General cleaning, Move-In/Move Outs, After parties or family events, etc. I can also clean Windows, Iron, and do Laundry.
Next Day cleanings are available, if there is an opening and you call NO LATER THAN 9:00 p.m. the day before. You may also E-MAIL me or TEXT me up to 11 p.m., as I am usually up late, and I may still be able to help you the next day. My cell number is 443-425-8549. I am available to work every day except Sunday.
MY RATES: My minimum is $90.00 for 3 hours. This minimum rate does not apply to Move-In/Move-Out cleanings, and you must not be more than 20 minutes away from the Parkville area. (If you only want the 3-hour rate, please let me know this up front). For more than 3 hours, the price varies depending upon what you want done, the condition and how far away you are. Move-In/Move-Out Cleanings start at $140.00 for 4 hours. Cleaning inside of oven or refrigerator and windows are extra. Call or text with details for a free estimate.
MY SERVICES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
BATHROOMS:
- All Mirrors Cleaned
- Window Sills Wet Wiped
- Bathtub or Shower Walls & Doors Wiped Down
(Spray Used for Soap Scum or Mold)
- Outside of Cabinets Wiped Down
- Fingermarks on Doors or Walls Removed
- Toilets and Sinks Cleaned
- Floors Wet Moped
- Trash Cans Emptied, Lined and Wiped Out, if necessary
BEDROOMS:
- All Furniture Dusted with Endust
- Lamp Shades
- All furniture dusted, Including Items on top of Dressers (unless severe clutter, then I will use a feather duster)
- Ceiling Fans Cleaned with a Soft Extender
- Window Blinds Feather Dusted (or wiped with clean dry cloth, if necessary)
- Inside Window Sills Dusted or Wet Wiped (if necessary)
- Mirrors Cleaned
- Floors Vacuumed (Including Baseboards)
- Trash Cans Emptied, Lined and Wiped Out, if necessary
KITCHEN:
- Counters and All Appliances Wiped Down
- Cabinets Cleaned around handles and whole doors. as needed.
- Outside of Stoves and Refrigerators Cleaned
- (Stainless Steel spray used for Stainless Steel Appliances, if needed).
- Inside of Microwave cleaned
- Toaster ovens - Crumb tray emptied and cleaned, inside and outside glass of door cleaned.
- Ceiling Fans Dusted with extender, unless greasy. May be able to wet wipe blades if they are not too dirty or greasy and I am able to reach them with my step ladder.
- Floors Vacuumed and Wet Moped
- Trash Cans Emptied, Lined and Wiped Out, if necessary
ALL OTHER AREAS:
- General Dusting and Vacuuming
- All Ceiling Fans Dusted
- Window Sills Dusted or wet wiped (if necessary)
- Blinds Feather Dusted (or wiped with dry cloth, if necessary)
- Finger Marks Removed on Walls and Doors
- All Exit Doors, Storm Doors or Sliding Glass Doors Cleaned (if needed)
- Light switch coverings cleaned
ADDITIONAL SERVICES Available, at various rates. Call for details.
- Cleaning inside refrigerator or oven
- Windows
- Ironing
- Laundry
- Making Beds and Changing Linens (If you are Elderly, Disabled or Handicapped)
NOTE: There are a few things that I DON'T DO, which are making beds (unless you are elderly, handicapped or disabled in some way), doing dishes, and washing down walls.
