I bought for my new fence, but my fence is too convoluted for this latch.
I removed from package and attached to a trial section of wood and vinyl board as a trial run.
It has never seen the outside weather, etc....
Rugged design, opens gate or door from either side.
Black finish, with all hardware, keys, instructions, etc....
I ordered it on line for $ 90. Price is a little lower now at $ 75-79.
Asking $ 50 OBO.
