Brand New. Purchased in November from Amazon for my shower remodel but went a different way. It folds up to the wall very heavy duty with built on grab bars that can adjust if need to sit wider . I didn't open the box till other day to take pictures of it and noticed no hardware was in the box . I contacted Amazon about returning it but the return date was January 31st my loss your gain .
