I'm a semi-retired senior, seeking a studio apartment here in the Bolton Hill area only!!(21217)
Can only afford up to $900 monthly.
Not interested in any high price, fancy places, just a basic living area!
Preferably 1st floor.
My lease expires in May!!
I am a semi retired Home Improvement specialist(22 years), I do everything interior except major plumbing, major electric and carpentry.
I have been doing detailed interior apartment turnover and cleaning since 2016 throughout Baltimore!
I am currently living in Bolton Hill for 3 years, 10 months in a very nice studio apartment in a six unit building, it's just getting too expensive!!
I also managed a building in Upper Fells point for two years(2015-2017), have many pictures, a historical building at Lombard and Wolfe.
