Quiet, Clean Software Eng, looking for 1 BR near Penn Station

Hello,
I am a software engineer who lives a very quiet life and to the highest standards of clean living. I have an excellent job and excellent credit. I have no pets. I am looking for a 1 bedroom apartment within walking distance of Penn Station, but not so close that train noise is a problem. I don't tolerate pests, so if you have a roach problem, it's best to skip me. Being someone who respects neighbors, I also don't appreciate a noisy neighbor problem. Street noise is fine. Property owners have been described as a dream tenant since I always pay rent always on time, often at least a week early, and cares about the property he inhabits, wanting to leave things better than how he found, as a general practice. I have a car and a small 200cc motorcycle, so covered parking at least for the bike would be ideal. An in-unit washer/dryer would also be nice. My budget around $1500, willing to pay more for the right place, for just the base apartment. Please let me know about the parking situation, what are typical utility bills like, how the lease is structured and what company provides internet.
