I am beginning my search early for a small, affordable rental in the Greenspring Valley, Lutherville, Timonium, Brooklandville, or surrounding areas.
I'm hoping to find a private cottage, guest house, garage apartment, carriage house, in-law suite, or similar space with a private entrance and a small but complete kitchen.
I am a quiet, mature, responsible, professional individual who values privacy and takes excellent care of where I live. I am a momma to a tiny 6 pound/10 year old clean and loving cat - she loves to look out the window and see the birds, etc.
I'm posting now to make connections and learn about opportunities that may become available over the coming months. If you know of a property owner who occasionally rents a cottage or accessory dwelling, I'd be grateful for any leads.
