Offer Based on Years of Experience

Works under the direction of Palliive Care Director and Program Medical Director, provides nursing care to maximize
the comfort and health of pients and families in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care. May include care for
community-based Palliive and Hospice approprie pients in the continuum of care.

Be the Best Palliive Care Nurse You Can Be

If you meet these qualificions, we want to meet you!

• Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical or pient populion specific (i.e.: gerirics,
  pediric, etc.) nursing.

Required Certificions and Licensures:

• Associes degree, preferred
• Registered Nurse license required in ste(s) practicing
• Must possess and maintain valid CPR certificion while employed in a clinical role.
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile th is insured in accordance with ste and/or organizion requirements and is in good working order. Ability to travel to all business locions.
