Join our team at Advanced Centers of the Specially Enabled (CASE), where we are dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral differences in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.
We are currently seeking **Direct Support Personnel** to provide hands-on assistance, companionship, and support to our special community members.
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged to apply
* Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with behavioral health needs preferred
* Minimum of **1 year** of experience in direct care or similar support role
* Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
* Background in special education, caregiving, or behavioral support a plus
**What You’ll Do:**
* Assist participants with daily living skills, social activities, and personal goals
* Promote a positive, respectful, and engaging environment
* Collaborate with team members and families to support individualized care plans
* Provide support during community outings and center-based activities
* Maintain documentation and ensure participant safety at all times
